Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with MarketFlow. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions. If you have any questions, contact us at billing@marketflow.ai before cancelling — we'd rather fix the problem than lose you.
2. Subscriptions
MarketFlow subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually — at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fee each period until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial subscription payment if they are unsatisfied with the Service. After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable.
Renewals (charges after the first month) are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial annual payment.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term. If you cancel an annual plan after the refund window, you will retain access through the end of your paid year but will not receive a prorated refund for unused months.
5. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund Outside the Window
We will consider refund requests outside the standard window in the following circumstances:
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (results vary based on inputs)
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Changing your mind after the refund window has passed
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made more than 60 days after the charge
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@marketflow.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge and the amount
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
